Since the beginning of Christian life the shape of the cross is a symbol of peace and faith. The intersection of the vertical line moving from earth towards heaven and the horizontal line paralleling the earth plane. The union of heaven and earth.
To this day we look upon the cross during moments of difficulty and pain. We seek guidance in the real meaning of the cross, that we are not alone.
